Repeat Customer Bathroom Remodel — Huntersville, NC

Problem: A repeat customer reached out to us to overhaul their dated upstairs secondary bathroom. Aside from the aging fixtures, the room had hidden structural concerns, including a rotted subfloor beneath the toilet and an uneven floor plane that made for an unpolished finish. 

Solution: We performed a full gut renovation, removing the existing vanity, flooring, toilet, and tub surround. We addressed the foundational issues by replacing the compromised subfloor and floating the OSB to create a perfectly level base for the new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). We installed a classic subway tile surround for the tub and created a high-end focal point with a full shiplap accent wall behind a new double vanity. To complete the "A Step Above" refresh, we installed new lighting, mirrors, a toilet, and custom floating shelves, topped off with a fresh professional paint job for the walls and ceiling. 

Result: This project demonstrates why our clients return to us—we fix the "unseen" structural problems with the same precision we apply to the final carpentry. The result is a modern, durable, and beautiful space that adds lasting value to the home.
