Great Question! We offer flat rate pricing on many projects as low as $150 and up for things like changing a toilet, a garbage disposal, ceiling fans, light fixtures and so on. We are very skilled and come prepared most often to do the work at hand, especially if you book us ahead of time. For projects larger than $1,000 or that are estimated to take longer than a day we will schedule a visit to your home or business to discuss your needs. Then we are able to provide a project quote usually within 48hrs. Great Example for this would be a bathroom upgrade or remodel.
